Job Description
- Undertake varied tasks for international clients including business tasks, research, clerical support and customer service depending on client needs.
- Varied roles available in a range of industries including publishing, beta reading, information technology, real estate, online shopping, data entry, data science labeling, typesetting, digital marketing, education & training, events management, graphic design, human resources, recruitment, importing & exporting, insurance, logistics, sales, technical support, tourism, and so on.
- Participate constructively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Provide service by phone, email, online chat, social media and other online platforms depending on client need.
- Perform other business, research, clerical and customer service tasks as directed.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Strong written and spoken English with neutral accent
- A flair for customer service
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively with appropriate initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Good team player with a strong work ethic
- Sound basic computing skills

- Build front-end solutions that meet client specifications and needs
- Produce and maintain high-quality code in Javascript, React and related frameworks
- Build strong working relationships with international clients including keeping clients informed of progress
