We promote work-life balance by providing work-from-home options to our team. This privilege is generally conditional upon conscientious effort and client satisfaction. For safety reasons, our entire team has been working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our team work 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. The shift length is 9 hours with a one-hour meal break. Overtime is exceedingly rare and no weekend work is required, so our team enjoy great work-life balance. Shift work is required for virtual assistants.

Some of the jobs we have available do require you to have completed a university degree in a relevant field. However, a university degree is not required for our general virtual assistant roles, and successful applicants for those positions become valued members of our team regardless of whether they have a degree.
